His clinical training took place in rehabilitation centers, hospitals and private practices, and he completed numerous internships in intensive care, rehabilitation, pediatrics, cardiology, pneumology, neurology, lymphology, orthopedics-traumatology and sports centers. He has also trained in LPG lymphatic drainage, MTP, crocheting and taping/strapping/kinesiotaping.

Jeffrey Janssens also trained in Chinese medicine at the China Nanjing International Acupuncture Training Centre, specializing in acupuncture and Tuina (traditional Chinese massage). In addition, he has a Master’s degree in sports physiotherapy and is completing a course inosteopathy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.

Professionally, Jeffrey has been practicing at the Centre Hospitalo-Universitaire Saint-Pierre in Brussels and in the revalidation department of the Centre Hospitalier César de Paepe for 3 years, and works in private practice.

His passion for sport has led him to work as a physiotherapist for the Belgian First Division Rugby team (2013-2014 and 2014-2015 seasons), for the national Beach soccer team (2016-2017 season) and he continues to follow a provincial first team in soccer since 2015.

Bastien Vancampenhoudt
Bastien VancampenhoudtPhysiotherapist

Your therapist Bastien Vancampenhoudt, originally from Brussels, now works in the private practice Basic Fit Louise. He graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles with a degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation in 2021. It’s a comprehensive training program that includes both theoretical and practical subjects.

Bastien has built up a wealth of experience through numerous internships in the Brussels hospital network, in private practice and with a sports team. This enabled him to enrich his clinical knowledge in pediatrics, cardiology, pneumology, neurology and lymphology, with a particular focus on orthopedics, traumatology and rehabilitation. You can now find Bastien on the IRIS network at the Molière-Longchamps hospital outpatient department, as well as in our partner practice Kine-etterbeek.be.

His interest in physiotherapy began in his youth with sports (tennis, judo, gymnastics, swimming, climbing, soccer and rugby). Indeed, the few injuries he sustained in his young sports career introduced him to the paramedical field, in which he felt a keen interest. After retiring from competitive sport, he returned to his lifelong love of rugby, taking charge of a BRC (Boitsfort Rugby Club) team. To achieve this, Bastien trained in dry needling, strapping/taping/kinesiotaping and crocheting. To complete his patient care, Bastien is now training in nutritherapy.

As sport has been a part of his life since childhood, it’s partly to this discipline that Bastien is destined. Bastien speaks French, is fluent in English and practises Dutch.
